Boston Baked Beans, the classic French roasted peanuts with a candied, crunchy outside coating. I had never tried these until I started working in a candy store. They were surprisingly satisfying. The sweet and crunchy candy shell is awesome. Boston Baked Beans hit the candy shop shelves in the 1920’s. The candy itself consists of peanuts coated in a crunchy candy shell, resembling the appearance of baked beans. The peanut center provides a satisfying nutty flavor, while the candy coating adds a touch of sweetness.
